If the indicators of positive urban renewal prove to be accurate, the South Side will see positive growth within the next ten years. In this essay I will explore different aspects of Pittsburgh's South Side neighborhood through giving a description history and current state, describing its most pertinent problems it faces, give possible solutions to these issues, as well as give my prediction of the direction of its future."
