In addition to offering an explanation for why this is so, the following paper will provide examples of such behavior as well as specific suggestions that should improve relationships between those who do not fit neatly within the "driver" category. As should soon become apparent, being a hard-driving, results-oriented person is not a particularly easy way to go through life, but it is not a state of mind that needs to lead invariably to clashes with others. With that in mind, it is to a discussion of this issue that we now turn. "
