"Suffice it to say, the resources required in any venture where a company is attempting to establish itself online must inevitably be drawn from the internet/computer sector. That is to say, the company must have on its payroll talented systems analysts and programmers who can ensure the safety and security of the system. Naturally enough, those same individuals must have the ability to develop an online payment system that, besides being properly encrypted, will also be able to process credit card information and the like in an appropriately timely manner. So, the human resources are very important. The other thing which is important is the ability to get together the funds necessary to afford to pay those systems analysts and programmers. That brings us to the partners which must be involved in..."
