Learning will occur through a collaborative effort where teachers, administrators, staff and HR personnel work together to determine individual needs and group needs. Assessments will be carried out as part of the development plan prior to and after all development/training sessions to ensure that teachers are meeting their goals and organizational goals as a whole."
