For a company like Microsoft, this trend is not a major concern since Microsoft is not a manufacturing based company. Microsoft derives its worth from its technology and its product development. Developing the software is the costly part, not manufacturing it. Microsoft also derives its worth from its specialist people. This means that cheap labor is not especially significant to Microsoft."
