This can be seen as both an advantage and disadvantage depending on the situation. If in a business setting, other group members or others attending a meeting are reticent for one reason or another to come forward with ideas, the extrovert will likely voice his thoughts and move the topic ahead, often choosing a course of action, driving things forward in a dynamic manner, having a strong persuasive style ("Discussion online," 2003)."
