"The Inventory Turnover Ratio is the one we have used for this example. Foster's Inventory Turnover Ratio went from 2.3023 in 2004 to 1.4859 in 2008. Heinekens Inventory Turnover Ratio went from 1.7342 in 2006 to 1.9854 in 2007. Foster's ratio has decreased significantly but this is also due to a larger amount in sales which could mean Foster's need to fill more orders and hence need a higher amount of inventory. Foster's ratio would be considered an acceptable ratio."
